
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) All-Rounder Nitish Kumar Reddy welcomed his captain Pat Cummins for installing confidence in the team with his calm and composed behavior. When SRH equipped himself to defend the champions of Calcato Knight Riders (KRK) April, Reddy scored the Cummins style of leadership to create a positive environment in the dressing room.
Talking about a special show Jiohotstar Gen BoldReddy, who appeared as an escape star for SRH in IPL 2024, shared how Cummins’ attitude was the main source of inspiration for both him and his teammates. According to Reddy, the calm presence and compound decision -making of Australian stimulation, significantly increased the morale of the team, especially during demanding situations.

Cummins were brought to the SRH camp to the incredible CRS RS 20.4, later appointed a new team captain and replaced Aiden Markram. In his debut season as the captain during the IPL 2024, Cummins SRH led to the finals, where they missed the title against the KKR. Despite the loss, SRH gained a reputation as a heavy weight and smashed records during the tournament.

However, IPL 2025 introduced new challenges for Cummins and his men. SRH had a shaking start, lost two of his three matches and managed only one victory. The KKR also lasted a similar run of the form, which made the Thursday competition in Eden Gardens decisive for both sides.
However, Nitish Reddy remains optimistic and expresses the certainty that Cummins will continue to inspire the team despite their early fight. Both fans and analysts want to see how the Australian captain navigates the challenges of the new season and tries to return SRH back to the winning ways.
