
The state cannot be a signatory for PM-Shri (PM schools for growing India) in the current state of the system, said the Minister of General Education V. Sivankutty.
On Wednesday, the Minister met with representatives of student organizations to discuss this matter and the detain of the state’s funds.
The Minister stated that the state cannot observe the provisions of National Educational Policy (NEP). However, the PM Shri scheme ordered the implementation of NP.
The Union’s government detained 1,500 GBP due to the state within various medium-sponsored educational systems for not disturbing the PM-Shri agreement, the Minister said.
Mr. Sivanku said he met the Minister of Education Union Dharndra Pradhan, who was looking for a penalty for funds twice without success. The state government mulling has made steps, including legal regulations to raise funds. “Everyone should be united to ensure that the state obtains its appropriate share of funds,” the minister said.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Federation of Students in India, the Federation of Students of all India, the Union of students of Keral and other student trade unions and secretary of general education K. Vasuki.
