Employees of the Health Society based in California were released “for inappropriate and insensitive photographs” published on Tiktoku, which allegedly ridiculed the deadly spots of the patients remaining on the tests. Viral video from Sansum Clinic, which shows different employees, has now been deleted. Her videos recorded screen, however, still make bikes on social media.
The headline said, “Guess the substance” and mentioned the text on the presentation: “Are patients allowed to leave you gifts?” It is originally shared by the username @angieuncut.
In the first photo stands a cheerful employee next to a small spot and puts his thumbs up with the word “Yes!” Viewed above. The second picture contains another smiling worker next to the wet place on the table, accompanied by a headline: “And we love them so much.”
The following images emphasize two more enthusiastic employees and emphasize that these “gifts” appear in “all shapes and sizes” and “all shades and opacity”.
The final picture shows that a group of employees gathered around the table with a stain test, a headline encouraging viewers to “not secure their healthcare workers like these!”
Sutter Health, which consists of a Sansum Clinic, issued a statement, described the photographs as “inappropriate and insensitive photographs” and said they were first placed on an administrative holiday and then fired. “This unacceptable behavior is a direct violation of our policies, shows the lack of respect for our patients and will not be tolerated,” he said.
Sutter Health spokesman said Sfgate that a former employee who shared a video left the organization in July. In addition, all the individuals who knowingly participated in the video were terminated, although the company did not specify how many employees were released.
Internet users respond
One of the users said, “This team is preparing on the day they published this waste waste.” Others noted: “My question is, what is the culture of your clinic, because why did many employees feel comfortable to participate?”
“When I went there, I didn’t feel good about Sutter’s health”, “these people know they don’t have to work in healthcare, that we can’t even trust anyone with doctors, and very scary and sad”, “every employee who attended these videos must be canceled”.
