Cabinet Andhra Pradesh ordered the authorities to accept criminal and departments in January 2025 to officials that were considered responsible for Stampede in Padmavati Park in Tirupati, and at the same time approved a report submitted by the Commission for one person headed by the Judge M. Sityanarayan Murtha.
The Commission has found two officials, DSP and TTD officials, carelessly in fulfilling their duties during a tragic incident that has claimed six lives.
Ecabinet’s session on Thursday, chaired by the Chief Minister N. Chandrababa Naida, also ratified court and administrative decisions, including permanent appointment for seven outsourcing drivers working in the judiciary.
Briefing reporters after the meeting, Minister of Information and Public Relations, Partharathy Kolus, said the cabinet approved the implementation of Talliki Vandanam from the academic year 2025–26 and the establishment of the new economic company Noor Basha/Dudekula Economic Corporation.
The income department received permission to assign land for Kendriya Vidyalaya in Anakapall, a market court in Banaganapalle and industrial parks in Madakasira.
The Cabinet also approved a one -off surrender with an unusual interest tax on CRORE 86 GBP.
Tourism received support with approval for five -star hotels in Visakhapatnam (ITC Hotels, Lansum Leisure and Entertainment LLP) and Tirupati. Wild game districts, Eco, Heritage and Temple Tourism will be promoted to generating employment and maintaining heritage.
The agriculture sector has been approved by revised instructions for awarding tobacco orders, including a 20-quintal limit on farmers and logistics support.
The construction of the BC Girls’ Residential School in Banaganapalle was also cleaned.
A proposal to obtain soil for the development of a road network from Amaravati Capital City over 24 villages by changing earlier government orders concerning the soil association system, obtaining the cabinet permission. These plots will be taken from farmers on the seeds of the seeds and roads of the trunk.
