Leader AIADMK and former Minister of C.VE. Shanmugam filed a petition of public interest in the Madras High Court to bring the state government to use the name of the main Minister MK Stalin in the Ungaludan Stalin system, which aims to accept government benefits and services to the recipients’ door.
The petitioner was also looking for direction towards the Indian Election Commission (ECI) and the Committee on Content of Content in Government Advertising in Nový Delhi, established at the Supreme Court’s orders to take steps against DMK pursuant to paragraph 16a of electoral symbols (reservations and assignments), 1968.
In an affidavit, filed through his legal representative K. Gowtham Kumar, the former minister, the public (Mudhalvarin Mugavari), said the Department of 19.
The petitioner, who states that the celebration of political personalities for public costs was forbidden according to the instructions of government advertising (content regulation), the petitioner insisted that the name of the main minister should not be used to name the government system.
He added that this program would determine the involvement of volunteers for the state costs of distributing brochures, and claimed that these brochures contained the name of the main minister and its painting. The petitioner claimed that during the elections to the Assembly by 2026, he was deliberately carried out to obtain support.
Furthermore, the statement that brochures contain the election symbol of the DMK “growing sun”, said the petitioner, even IX handle created for this purpose had the symbol of the party. He said that the use of such party badges in the state of financed programs was against court and election instructions.
Mr Shanmugam also claimed that the Ungaludan Stalin system was not the original idea and that it was actually a rebranding/renaming secured maximum services of marginal people in all villages (AMMA), which was introduced in 2013 by former Chief Minister Jayalitha.
