Why you shouldn’t miss 20?
“And honestly, your 20s are for life. Travel, go on trips, make memories because that’s what you’ll really remember,” he added.
The woman explained that we must not miss our 20s because life is full of energy, less responsibilities and more freedom at this stage. She added that all these circumstances make it ideal for experiences. However, she also pointed out that when it comes to extravagance, there are things to keep in mind to secure the future.
Acknowledging that young people can feel pressured to conform to the lifestyles of those around them, she said: “This is the one time when you have energy, less responsibilities and the freedom to do it all. But at the same time, you don’t need the most aesthetically pleasing apartment right now. You don’t have to say yes to every plan. You don’t have to order food every other day and you don’t have to just spend.”
Savings for 20s
She revealed her approach to saving and urged people to cut their frivolous spending.
“Spend on experiences, yes. Spend on trips, yes. But cut back on mindless spending. Because memories matter, but so does the life you build for your future self,” the user concluded.
