A Bengaluru court on Friday directed the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to undergo another medical examination of BJP MLA Byrathi Basavaraj and produce him before a magistrate on Saturday.
Mr. Basavaraj was arrested by CID officers on Friday at the Kempegowda International Airport for his alleged involvement in the murder of a 44-year-old rioter identified as Shivakumar alias Bikla Shiva.
