Bollywood actress Tara Sutaria is one of the popular faces who is best known for her stunning looks. She recently left the internet talking her fashion statement to promote her latest movie Toxic. While many celebrities credit strict diets and exercise routines for their well-maintained health and looks, Sutaria takes a different approach. They don’t believe in diets at all.
Tara Sutaria on the No Diet Rule
Tara Sutaria is quite vocal about her love for food. In a recent interview, she was seen enjoying dishes like Butter Chicken, Nalli Nihari and Rogan Josh for breakfast.
Speaking like a true foodie, Tara Sutaria doubled down on her diet-free life mantra. She revealed the reason behind it, telling Curly Tales, “We’re foodies. That’s who we are.”
“I’ve never been on a diet, but I really enjoy food. It’s the highlight of my day. I plan dinner during breakfast, that’s how I am,” she added.
Although Sutaria does not believe in diets, she does limit certain foods before or during work. “I’m a little more careful like the day of the shoot or the day before the shoot, I won’t have a lot of rice. I’ll try to be careful if I’m wearing something really tight. But that’s about it.”
Crediting her well-maintained figure to her genes, she admitted that she may have to be careful about her health over time.

Talking about fitness, Tara once told Hindustan Times that she doesn’t like to suffer to look good. That means no fad diets or guilt-ridden food rules. She said: “I don’t believe in prepping. Balance and portion control are key. I just enjoy what I love in moderation.”
She prefers healthy food to fill herself up. “I always bring healthy snacks like almonds or fruit on set. They keep me going for long hours without feeling heavy,” she added.
While she revealed that desserts are her guilty pleasure, there are a few things the actor avoids. “Overly processed foods. They’re just not good for me – I prefer things that taste real and fresh,” she shared about what she likes to say no to.

Tara Sutaria was recently seen in Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups portraying the role of Rebecca. Led by Geetu Mohandas, Yash also stars Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi and Rukmini Vasanth.
The film was released on 26 August.
