The British House, known for its iconic ditch coats and timeless control patterns, recently dropped something completely unexpected: a set of own vinyl boards. But these are not your average LP – they double as optical illusions. And fans online can’t get enough.
A hypnotic twist to Burberry’s heritage
While the illusions for making records are not a new concept, Burberry’s Take feels elegant, hypnotic and incredibly on the brand. Records contain animated designs that come to life when playing – offer a fascinating mixture of music, art and movement.
The first vinyl includes the reinterpretation of the classic Burberry control pattern. As it turned out, the recording creates a loop of illusion in the melody of liquid from 1992 of an enthusiastic hit, a sweet harmony.
