The key questions included whether the offers were floated for 25 km parallel channel, retaining walls along the Budmer, upgraded Velagaler regulator and the flow capacity of flow capacity from 15,000 to 37,500 cusec. He also demanded updates to four new tanks, Enikepad under the tunnel and strengthening the outflow of UPPuter to the sea.
