Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working President KT Rama Rao criticized the state and the central government for not receiving the authorities of six other people who were buried alive after the collapse of the Srisailam Left Bank Canal (SLBC) the incident.
In his statement, Mr. Rama Rao said on Sunday that it was more than 200 days since the SLBC tunnel collapsed and killed 8 unfortunate workers this year. Given the negligence of the Government A. Revanth Reddy, the tunnel collapsed because the work was restored without performing the tunnel stability, about 14 km inside the mouth near the village of Domalapena.
The Congress government did not pay any compensation to the surviving families.
