Three phases

May 19 – May 21: Special camps
19. May-23. May: Online self -harm
“The government has undertook to make an internal booking within SC communities based on accurate data,” Siddaramaiahah said. “The 2011 census lacked detailed information about the partial caste, which is necessary for this exercise necessary for a fair political decision.”
“More than 65,000 teachers were deployed as a list, one supervisor was assigned to every 10-12 inspectors,” CM said, urging citizens to provide the correct details of the partial caste either during domestic visits, in designated camps or online submission.
Why internal reservations
This step is governed by the Supreme Court’s decision on August 1, 2024, allowing states to introduce internal quotas for SCS on the basis of empirical evidence. The Nagamohan Das Commission previously emphasized the need for verified population data before such a design.
The Commission is expected to submit its report within 60 days of the collection of data, after which the government will complete the reservation policy. A specialized help line was set up for public questions (9481359000).
“This survey ensures that there is no community left on the Karnataka development route,” CM added.
