The manager faces extensive resistance to the social media after pushing employees to work on a pre -approved time off, and even threatened to hit her bonus if she fails. The incident came out after a British expert at Ben Askins shared images of text exchange on Instagram.

“I am confused why people even react on days off, all working devices will turn off and each sent to privacy will be ignored,” another said.
“I hope it was reported HR,” the user added.
