The Bombay High Court reportedly acquired all 12 accused in the case of a train explosion in Mumbai 7/11. 2006.
The bench of justice Anil Kilor and the Justice Shyam Chandak noted that “the prosecution failed to determine the case beyond adequate doubts”.
According to the bar and the bench, the court found a statement to almost all witnesses of the prosecution of unreliable. The court reportedly stated that there was no reason why taxi or people would remember the accused after almost 100 days of explosion.
