
Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff sold his apartment in the Khar area in Mumbai for £15.6 Crore, earning a profit of almost 31%, according to documents reviewed by the online property portal square yards.
The sale of real estate comes shortly after the last action film of actor Baaghi 4, which hit theaters 5 September. The film made a strong start and crushed £30 Crore on its opening weekend.
Details of the apartment
Tiger Shroff, son of veteran actor Jackie Shroff, bought an apartment in 2018 for £11.62 crore. This property is located in a building called Rustomjeee Paramount, according to documents for the registration of the property.
The apartment located on the 22nd floor of the building has a carpet area of 1,989.72 square feet and a built -up area with an area of 2,189 square feet. It also has three car parking spaces.
According to the registration document, buyer Sandeep Saraf, who allegedly lives in the same building, paid the stamp £93,60 Lakh along with registration fees £30 000.
