40% of the album remains for luxury and sin of goods, including tobacco, pelvis, cigarettes, bids, aerated sweet drinks, luxury vehicles, top motorcycles over 350 cm, yachts and helicopters.
Some basic services remain fully exempt, including individual health, family float and life insurance premiums, as well as educational and health services.
