Former Minister and Head of BJP leader Marri Shashidhar Reddy demanded an immediate special intense revision (Sir) of electoral roles across 24 election districts of the GHMC rally.
He said that on Tuesday (August 26, 2025) he dealt with a press conference at the State Office on Tuesday (August 26, 2025) and also submitted the party to the Election Commission for this matter, as Sir within the GHMC is necessary before the elections of the local authority.
He called for a strict action against those who registered here as voters, despite subsequent constituencies or states, and claimed that a large number of people from the border districts of neighboring countries, such as Karnataka and Mahashtra, have registered here and voted.
“It’s not just duplicate voices. We’ve already filed complaints about similar problems in areas such as Nirmal and Bodhan,” he said. Congress campaign “Vote Adhikari Yatra” and “Voice Theft” is completely, he said.
In independent development, the party referred to the state government to re -evaluate the opening of integrated sub -register offices in the capital region by putting three to four offices in one modern building because it is obliged to cause inconvenience to citizens.
In the memorandum submitted to the General Inspector of the Registration and Stamp of R. Hanumanth, the leader of the party led by the president of the Medchal Urban district S. Mall Reddy, she said that each sub -register office would receive more than 100 visitors a day and integrate several offices into one building.
Instead, it is a proposal to open new modern branches of Subregistrar with large parking, drinking water and toilet near existing offices, because there is no lack of government land in these areas. The government tried to open 11 integrated registration offices on the site of the existing 39 offices in Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal and Sangareddy districts. Citizens will also have to travel for longer distances as soon as they become functional.
The party was also looking for quick registration processes by ensuring that the system was not divided. Rural President Medchal B. Srinivas, Municipal President of Rangareddy V. Srinivas Reddy, Rangareddy rural President P. Rajbhupal Goud and others were present, said the press release.
