It was shining that the Congress’s government violated the law by ignoring the police instructions before Stampede during the celebration of the Royal Challengers Bengalur, and BJP demanded a special session of legislators to discuss issues responsible for tragedy, claiming 11 lives.
BJP legislators organized Dharna in front of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the premises of Vishan Judge to condemn what they called the “failure of the government”, resulting in a blow.
The opposition leader in the Legislative Assembly of R. Ashok, which concerned a press conference after protest, said that people question the way the victory celebrations were held in a hurry and demanded that a special session of the State Legislative corps be convened to discuss in detail on all issues.
He pointed out that the winning trophies and victory celebrations were not new in the country, he said that no other state witnessed such a tragedy during the celebrations of victory.
