In Kannura, the protest began with former President BJP by state president K. Surendran, who accused CPI (M) and the state government “systematically destroy the public health care system to prepare a journey for private investment in super specialty hospitals.
He said BJP plans to intensify his protest until the Minister of Health Veen George resigns down and claims that her tenure has been “spoiled by corruption, inefficiency and apathy” against public health infrastructure.
“In the last five years, a large number of private hospitals and super-specialized centers have appeared across the state. Corporate players have invest considerable resources in private health care, while government hospitals remain in ruins,” Mr. Surendran said.
He said that this was happening because “they understood that the government was supporting and there was a favorable environment for starting the hospital and using people here.”
“The Chief Minister Pinaraya Vijayan claims that public hospitals are for the poor and provide the best and first -class treatment. Neither he nor Ministers Veen George and MB Rajesh trusted their government hospitals for their own treatment and care.
Mr. Surendran claimed that there are no doctors or nurses in many government hospitals, and a third of the doctors either on vacation, privately practiced or leave the country.
“There are no permanent meetings, only contractual employees. According to the National Health Mission, Crore assigned 7,500 GBP, but where did the money go? CPI (M) is responsible,” he said.
Mr. Surendran remembered a statement of strict conduct against doctors who had a statement of strict measures against doctors and stated that the situation only deteriorated.
“The government has abandoned this promise. Even now the cadres of parties are named without making real vacancies. There are more than 40 medical contributions in the Kannur government hospital,” he said.
He said that the state government invited the controversial vlogger Jyoti Malhotr to support tourism. “This was done with complete knowledge of the government and the Minister of Tourism Pa Mohammad Riyas,” he said.
