BJP MLA for Krishnaraja TS Srivatsa said on Monday that he was ready for a public debate with the main Minister Siddaramaiaha for grants of the Center in the Mysur district.
He accused the main minister that during Sadhan Samavesha, who recently held in Mysurus, he did not speak the truth where Mr. Siddaramaiah claimed that the district center had nothing.
Srivatsa replied to the call of the main minister to the debate on the help of the district center and told reporters in Mysur that he was accepting this challenge. “The main minister can publish how much the contribution of the center is and how many funds the state government granted the district,” he said.
He claimed that Sadhan Samavesha was organized with the only program focusing on the premiere of Narendra Modi. He argued that the Mysur Development Center was significant and quoted 2,627 GBP Crore for highway development, workway Underbridge Works and 1,393 Crore under the Jal Jeevan mission.
He claimed that these works were not mentioned at the event.
Mr. Srivatsa said he received over 3,000 GBP Crore as part of the MUDra program, which benefits more than 5.38 lakh people, with total grants within the system to reach 10,000 crore in the district. He also said that 6,000 people were trained as part of the PM Vishwakarma program.
Mr. Srivatsa accused the State Government of violating the protocol during the Samavesha and asked why the program included all Indian congress committees in charge of Randeep Surjewal’s name, but not the name of the former Prime Minister HD Deve Gowdy. “What is the connection between Mr. Surjewala and Samavesha?” he asked.
He claimed that although Congress’s leaders described this event as a government program, it turned out that it was a congress action and a show of strength for the main minister.
The former MLA L. Nagendra, the party spokesman Ma Mohan and others were present.
