She saw Loket to record an attack on his cell phone. She screamed for help. Assillants who rushed on the spot fled. She said Shivarakash was involved in real estate business as part of an extreme point (promoters and developers) of PVT. Ltd., in the last year. She said that her son was given a general power of attorney (GPA) on the land in Kothanur in 2023. He built a shed and arranged for two women to live like safety guards.
In February 2025, two men – Jagadish alias Jagga and Kiran – crossed the land. They fired two women who lived there. Later, Jagadish called Shivaparakash and threatened to “not let him be alive” if he did not bring GPA to his name because it was “his area”, Mrs. Vijayalakshmi said.
