The district unit of Shivamogg launched a protest that the Congress Government was responsible for the lack of chemical fertilizers.
The protest was led by the President of the BJP state unit from Vijayendra. SHIVAMOGG MEP by Raghavendra, former Minister of Araga Jnanendra, Hartal Halappa and others participated in a protest march in the city.
Mr. Vijayendra dealt with the Assembly and stated that the state government adopted the policy of anti-farmers. State machines did not provide the agricultural community of chemical fertilizers, although the central government made available sufficient supplies.
He also stated that the state government harassed poor farmers by issuing them a notice of eviction. “The Congress Party came to power and issued high promises of the agricultural community, but eventually punished them. During the reign of Congress, the suicide of farmers also increased,” he said.
Mr. Raghanendra said that the government issued an announcement of eviction to farmers who cultivated their land from the period before the forest law came into force. “Farmers will not forget the former main Minister BS Yediyuppa, who in his possession took several measures on the well -being of the agricultural community,” he added.
Lawmakers DS ARUN, SN Channabasappa, Dhananjay Sarji, District President of BJP NK Jagadish and others are present.
