A complaint filed by BJP Bengaluru city office bearers at the Cubbon Park police station said that the Youth Congress office bearers put up a poster in front of the Vidhan Soudha in Bengaluru saying “how a cowardly prime minister who is afraid to come to parliament will protect the nation”.
