Bharatiya Janata (BJP) members organized a protest in Mysuro on Tuesday and held the state government responsible for the celebrations of the Chinnaswamy victory in Bengalur during the victory of Royal Challengers Bengalur (RCB).
The tragic incident resulted in death 11 people – most of youth – and several others were injured. BJP leaders strongly condemned the government of Siddaramaiaha and accused her of gross negligence in the crowd.
The protesters called for responsibility and demanded the resignation of the main Minister Siddaramaiaha, the representative of the Chief Minister of DK Shivakumar and the Minister of the Interior G. Parameshware and considered them to be morally responsible as an incident.
Among those who wore protest were the MLA TS Srivatsa, former President of BJP MLA and Mysur L. Nagendra, along with other important leaders of the parties.
