Robert Vadra and Priyanka Gandhi met for the first time in a common friend’s house. They studied together at the British school in Delhi.

He said that Priyanka suggested him first, he said, “I went to jeans-t-trik and kolhapuri. I joked a lot and played well.
“I didn’t propose Priyanka on my knees, but they both sat down and talked seriously about their relationship,” Robert added.

Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra married on February 18, 1997 and have two children together – Miraya and Raihan.
While Vadra is not in active politics, in the past he actively led the campaign for his brother -in -law Rahul Gandhi and the father -in -law of Sonia Gandhi.
