
The Minister of Higher Education R. Binda started the Keral Institute of Science, Technology and Innovation, and on Thursday at Mahatma Gandhi University in Kottayam was set up the Excellency Center.
One of the seven centers, which has been launched in the first phase based on the recommendations of the Commission for Higher Education, is an initiative part of the effort to match the sector of higher education with rapid progress in science and technology.
The Minister, who dealt with the function, said that the Centers of Excellency was established by the government in the university sector of the state in the direction of early transformation. The MG University Center detained the immense potential in converting research ideas into initiatives and products that benefited the public. It was assumed that these centers improved the quality of life and strengthened the economic foundations of society based on knowledge, said the Minister.
Ports and Devaswom VN Vasavan was chaired by the Minister for Cooperation. The Minister launched an advanced center of knowledge and rural technology (acruti), which was founded by the atomic research center of Bhabha at Mahatma Gandhi University.
Rajan Varughes, a member of the Kerala Council, added the main speech. The university vice -rector CT Aravindakumar and others were present.
