Bihar voters question the deletion of their names from the proposal of election roles by submitting an Aadhaar card unless there is any of the 11 indicative documents, as acquired by the Supreme Court, compulsory hearing with an election registration officer (ERO).
The Indian Election Commission (ECI) official (ECI) for Hindu said that ERO would call for their inclusion or exclusion from the final list.

The proposal of roles published 1. August excluded, inter alia, 65 people who were present in the voters’ lists in July 2025, including with death, migration and duplication. Last week, the Supreme Court ordered political parties to issue specific instructions to their relevant stand agents at the level of the stand (Bla) to help voters in their areas as well as auxiliary camps in the presentation of “necessary forms along with one of the 11 documents listed in Sir or Aadhaar by card”.
According to the order of special intensive revision (Sir) issued on June 24, the ERO is to investigate all the requirements, to investigate the Suo Mot and issue notifications to each voter.

The ECI official stated that if the person is excluded from the list, the eRo will issue an “rhetorical order” in which he states the reasons.
