On August 22, the Supreme Court ordered the Indian Election Commission (ECI) to allow excluded voters to submit claims through the online regime, in addition to physical submission with a special intensive revision (Sir) of the electoral role in Bihar bound to the vote.

Another hearing in the latter will be September 8.
The Supreme Court, which expressed a surprise from political parties, which did not apply in the submission of objections related to 65 Lakh, ordered the main election official Bihar to represent them in the court proceedings.
“All political parties report a state report to the next date of hearing in the claim for the claim, which they were facilitated by excluded voters,” said Lavička.
Confirmation of agents at the level of the booth
The bench ordered election officials to provide confirmation to agents at the level of political parties who physically submitted forms of excluded voters.
Senior advocate Rrakesh Dwivedi, who appeared on the vote panel, called on the court to give a 15 -day window to prove that it was not excluded.
“Political parties are shade and crying and things are not bad. Calm faith in us and we will give us more time. We will be able to show you that there is no exclusion,” Dwivedi said.
ECI informed the bench that approximately 85,000 individual voters who were excluded from role proposals submitted their claims forms and more than 2 Lakh new voters enrolled in their election roles under Sir in the state.

On August 14, the Supreme Court ordered the vote panel to publish the details of the 65 voters of the Lakhs excluded from the proposal of election roles in a Bihar survey by 19 August to strengthen “transparency” in a special intensive revision (SIR) of voters and allow Aadhaar as acceptable document for evidence.
The bench that observed that the EC should build a “narrative” at ease, also ordered the details to contain reasons for their non -qualification during the ongoing Sir exercise. “Transparency causes the confidence of voters.”
Revision of the voters’ list in Bihar-elements since 2003-has called a huge political series. The findings of Sir reduced the total number of 7.9 crore registered voters in Bihar, from exercise to 7.24 crore.
The court heard a dose of petitions that challenged the ECI Directive on June, which ordered the Sir of election roles before the upcoming Bihar elections.
One of the petitioners, the Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR), claimed that Sir could freely and without the proper process to launch citizens to vote for their representatives, thereby disturbing free and fair elections and democracy in the country.
Political parties should help
The Supreme Court also asked political parties to help people who were excluded from the election role during Sir Bihar, said the law and bench.

However, he also noted that political parties were filed, that blays were not allowed to submit their objections.
