Only 6.85% of voters must submit their list for enumerations in the ongoing special intensive revision (Sir) of electoral roles in Bihar, said the India Election Commission (ECI) on Wednesday (July 16, 2025).

As on Wednesday, 6,99,92,926 or 88.65% of existing voters have given their enumeration forms included in the design of the election role, which will be published on August 1, 2025.
“I thank all the eligible voters Bihar for actively participating in the much needed cleaning of election roles,” said the main election commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
The body of the vote said that people who have temporarily moved outside Bihar can also fill in the list of list online using their mobile phones via Ecinet or via voter portal (they can also download a pre -filled form of enumeration and share their filled forms directly or via WhatsApp or any media.
In order to verify voters who have not been found at their addresses, even after 3 visits to BLOS, probably the deceased or permanently moved or after enrollment, this information will also be shared with district presidents of political parties or agents at 1.5 Lakh (BAS), which are appointed from Thursday. The exact status of these voters can be confirmed by them before 25 July, which is the last date for submitting the forms.
In order to ensure that no eligible voter is left out, special camps are also set up for all 5,683 departments of all 261 city local authorities (ULB) in the state.
