For those born in 2004 and 2005, the registration level in the state was 11.5% and 16.9%. National registration was 60.4% and 62.5% in 2004. The total registered birth in 2004 and 2005 was 1.57.77 612 and 1,63.94 625.
The 2009 report said that “Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, which has been carrying out the abysmal poor in the last time, has been excluded from the Earth’s registration,” which increased to 78.3%in 2005.

However, CRS periodic messages show that not all births are registered. On 17 March, the RGI office warned private and government hospitals to find out that many medical institutions added that almost 10% of birth was not registered.
“In order to get an idea of covering civil registration in the country, data generated from the Civil Registration system (CRS) have been compared with corresponding estimates discarded sample registration system (SRS),” said the 2009 report.

While CRS is real numbers, SRS is the greatest demographic survey in a country that is entrusted with an annual estimate of fertility and national and national mortality indicators.
