Deputy Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka described BHU Bharati as historical and landmark legislation in Indian history.
Spoke after the start of the pilot project of the BHU Bharati survey in the village of Mulugad in Yerrupal Mandal
The ambitious project started in the presence of the Minister of Agriculture Tummal Nagesware Rao and the Minister of Income Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy in the middle of a large gathering of villagers from various parts of Yerrupalem Mandal. On this occasion, a demonstration of a survey supported by a drone and a digital survey using the differential global positioning system (DGPS) was held to emphasize the efficiency of modern land transfer to identify the boundaries with accurate accuracy, the officials said.
Vikramarka, who dealt with the Assembly on this occasion, said that the Dharani portal introduced the previous government of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) describing the rights of farmers.
“In principle, it excluded farmers from their own countries. The BRS manipulated the system by assigning land to their preferred individuals and bringing dharani in such a way that no repairs or revisions could be carried out,” he said. “We had our promise to show that he was throwing the Dharani portal to the Gulf of Bengal and brought a well thought out act of BHU Bharati to find a permanent solution to terrestrial disputes,” he said.
He added that the subsequent governments of Congress had distributed 26 lakh acres to poor in the past. However, the previous BRS government mentioned these land in part B Dharani without any investigation or verification.
“We will examine all these allocated land and issue legitimate land titles to eligible recipients. For the poor without land, we will restart the assigned committees under the leadership of the MLA through the law of BHU Bharati to assign agricultural and housing,” added Mr. Vikramarka.
He explained the main features of the BHU Bharati Act and said: “The new law also allows a survey of cultivated land. It will order that annual income conferences are carried out and allow the public to be published in Gram Sabhech on the sale of land and changes in land records.” He claimed that BHU Bharati Act would observe and formalize the legal rights of farmers about their country.
Mr Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said that BHU Bharati legislation was adopted after extensive consultation with all parties and an in -depth study in different countries. He replaced the defective Dharani, who undermined the interests of farmers, added and added that the People’s Government led by the main Minister A. Revanth Reddy took over the milestone initiative to improve land management and resolution of land ownership in a transparent and decentralized manner.
