Bhoomi puja for TTD temple in Khammam on October 12: Tummala Nageswara Rao

The Bhoomi puja for the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple to be built under the aegis of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) at Allipuram in Khammam will be performed on October 12, 2026.

Spiritual leader Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swami will perform the bhoomi puja on Monday.

Agriculture Minister Tummala Nageshwara Rao discussed arrangements for the ceremony with officials in Allipuram on Friday evening.

The Minister said that TTD will construct Sri Venkateshwara Swamy temples in Khammam and Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy’s Kodangal constituency.

Mr. Rao also reviewed arrangements for drinking water and distribution of annaprasadam to devotees who are expected to attend the ceremony in large numbers on Monday.

Khammam Collector Divakara TS and Police Commissioner Sunit Dutt among others were present.
