
Bharat Heavy Electricals LTD (BHEL) has received notifications of GST, Telangana offices, for more than 586 crore.
The announcements relate to the three financial years starting with 2021-22 and were issued by the Commissioner (ST) assistant, the department of commercial taxes, telangana. They are based on the annual GST revenues and financial statements.
Regarding the probable financial consequences, Bhel stated on Friday to submit that the case is in the phase of notification and no command has been issued yet, the consequences cannot be quantified at this stage. However, the amount listed in the notification is 184.55 crore for 2021-22; 207.26 crore for 2022-23; and crore 194,62 GBP for 2023-24, the company said.
Seems unsustainable
Student problems are of general nature and it seems that they are not sustainable. Wandered problems are evaluated for appropriate response to GST authorities. Punishment if it can be quantified only after the order is issued.
