Mr. Bhatti Vikramarka asked the center to allocate two Lakh pumps of telangana under the component of the PM-KUSUM scheme, which explained that the lakhs of pumps are currently used to secure agricultural needs in the state. The support of the center was necessary to reduce the load of the conventional electricity sector.
He informed the Minister of the Union that Telangana had achieved the highest annual growth rate in agriculture and was created as a rice bowl of the country because of its proactive policy and impressive food production.
