Kerala State Beveration Corporation (Bevco) employees are to get a record bonus onam this year.
The meeting, chaired by the Minister of MB Rajesh, was involved in the Bevco Administration and Employee Trade Union Administration, decided to provide bonuses of up to 1.02 lakh for permanent employees. The amount that is in the categories of Ex-Gratia and performance incentives will increase a significant increase from last year’s maximum bonus of 95,000 GBP.
Official sources said a record bonus comes against the Bevco turnover by 19,700 GBP Crore last financial year.
In addition, cleaning and contractual staff in both stores, at the headquarters will receive a special bonus of 6,000 GBP, which is a significant hike of 5,000 GBP provided last year. Security staff working at the headquarters and warehouses will receive a bonus of 12,500 GBP.
