RCB fans will jump over barricades outside M. Chinnaswamy 4. The Karnatak High Court ordered the State Government to publish a report on the status of a tragic impact that occurred outside the M Chinnaswama stadium during the celebration of the Royal Challengers Bengalur (RCB). The incident, which occurred after RCB won its first IPL title, led to death 11 people and left more than 50 injured. The government asked the report to remain confidential, but the court stated that “there are no legal reasons” to maintain it private. He added that the report contained only “facts by perception” by the government. The court also asked the government to share a report with all parties involved in the case, including the RCB franchise, the State Cricket Association of Karnataka (KSCA) and the DNA entertainment network, the RCB partner. RCB is currently waiting for a greater clarity from the CID probe. Franchise and DNA officials have given their testimony in the last month. The date for the final judgment has not yet been notified.
IPL RCB celebration ends with tragedy: Stampede Kills 11, leaves dozens of injured | WATCH
1 July Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) made several strong observations about the crowd that gathered outside the stadium. The Tribunal noted that RCB’s social media invited fans to join the show after their 3rd June victory over Pandjáb Kings (PBKS) attracted an estimate of 3 to 5 lacquers. The cat was asked to investigate after Bengaluru (West) IG and other police commissioner Vikash Kumar filed a complaint after his release. Main Minister Siddaramaiah removed Vikash and four other officers and accused them of “substantial duty” and did not take proper steps to control the crowd.
