The infamous KR Circle underpass, which claimed the life of a 23-year-old technician from Andhra Pradesh in May 2023, was re-submerged on Wednesday (April 29, 2026) following heavy rains, raising serious concerns over civic inaction.
Despite police barricades and blocking of entry and exit points, officials from the Greater Bengaluru Authority are yet to initiate immediate remedial measures and are reportedly waiting for the water to recede.
