
On Tuesday, up to 250 bus routes of the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) were canceled on Tuesday due to flooded roads and traffic jams. On Monday, BMTC canceled 200 bus routes.
“There were traffic jams and, moreover, if buses run on the water -managed roads, there is a possibility of disintegration. Therefore, we canceled 250 routes, mostly along the road Hosur, Electronics City, Attibele and series 500 – D, which throws itself from Hebbal to Silk Board and other areas along the outer circular road (ORR).
Officials also stated that the Central Board booth and Stand Electronics City Bus were flooded.
According to BTPUs (BTP), BMTC buses disintegrated near Allasandra in Yelahanka, Hebbal, Mino Junction, Tumacuru Road, Mahadevapura, Kadiranahalli Bridge and Thubarahali on Tuesday.
On Monday, the bus warehouse was flooded in the layout of Shantinagar and HSR and several buses could not be removed from the songs. Passengers were also reflected from the buses after the water entered the silk board.
Prices of overvoltage for driving applications
The commuting on Tuesday also had to pay another 50 – 60 £ 60, because due to rains, the surge prices came into force.
“Although we can take the Autorickshaws at other times when it rains, it is safer to take cabins. The same AutorickShaw ride, which costs me £ 220 on regular days, cost me 320 on Tuesday afternoon, and there was an increase in all driving applications,” Navyashree B., who traveled from Vijayanagar.
