Air India Express is ready to launch a new daily service between Bengaluru and Kathmandu from 1 June, which will further expand its network of free time. The continuous flight will leave Bengaluru at 5:05 in the morning and return from Kathmand at 9:05 every day. Reservations for the new route are now open on the official website of the airline and other major travel platforms. Inauguration fares start in £8,000 for Xpress Lite and £8 500 for Xpress.
“The new route is based on our recent expansion in short international leisure destinations such as Bangkok and Phuket,” said ALOKE SINGH, CEO of Air India Express.
The airline also announced that the route will offer, among other things, a smooth uniform connection to Kathmandu via Bengaluru from 20 cities throughout India, including Delhi, Hyderabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Pune, Srinagar and Visakhapatnam.
In addition, one-off connection with Kathmandu will be available via Bengalur from two international destinations-ABu Dhabi and Dammam.
Air India Express currently operates more than 450 weeks from Bengalur and connects directly to 31 destinations.
