In a bid to improve law enforcement against unauthorized banners and hoardings in the city, Bengaluru corporations are planning new measures such as fixing responsibilities and introducing a ‘night watch’ system.
The main reasons for the banner problem in the city include poor enforcement at the ground level, lack of coordination and timing of banner installations.
