
When investigating a complaint of missing person Gudibande, Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (Bescom) was arresting from Beechaganahalli for allegedly buried the body of a 27 -year -old worker after slipping and falling from the electric pole.
The incident came to light when the gangaraju farmer told the police on Wednesday that his younger brother Anil was missing.
Anil, a daily wage worker, allegedly disappeared after he went to work on Monday. Anil’s family, who did not reach his phone, approached the police. On the basis of the complaint, the police began to investigate, revealing that the Anil was last seen at Bescom Lineman Chandrakumar.
When the police tried to contact Chandrakumara, he could not be found. The police managed to suspect a foul and managed to trace him, and then in detail he asked him to confess to the crime.
Chandrakumar reportedly told the police that he had received a complaint on the defective line at the pole and asked Anila to climb and correct the line by exchange of money. Other questions revealed that Anil worked as a helper in Chandrakumar after suffering this injury two years ago injury.
When climbing down from the pole, Anil reportedly slipped and fell and suffered a head injury in this process. Chandrakumar claimed that he tried to take anila to the hospital by bike but died on the way. For fear, Chandrakumar allegedly buried Anil’s body near the lake on the outskirts of Bandarlahalli.
Anil was not trained to take such a risky work, said a policeman.
“The defendant was arrested and the case was registered according to parts of BNS. The exhumation of the body and posthumous was found to be the cause of death,” said Kushal Chowksey, Chief Executive Director of Police.
