Avinash Desai, a farmer from Belagavi, won the first prize for his idea for a mobile machine to water sludge -driven tractor Massey Ferguson. He was a gifted brand new MF 254 Dynasmart 2WD tractor worth approximately 8.2 Lakh.
Mr. Desai has developed an innovative idea for a mobile machine to turn the mashed Massey Ferguson Dynatrack 241.
The second prize was awarded to the Agarwal from Hojai in Assam for its concept of a solar -driven sustainable energy center and earned it 8 gram of gold coins.
The third prize was awarded to Amrit Jot Singh from Patiala in Pandjab (8 gram of gold coin) for his idea of the unity of water purification powered by MF Dynatrack 241.

The award was part of the second edition of the competition. Competition Dynastar-2 about innovative ideas is organized by TAFE (TRACTORS AND FARM EQUIPMENT LIMITED), manufacturers of Massey Ferguson tractors.
The aim of this TAFE pioneering initiative is to discover and reward the original, scalable and socially impressive ideas driven by the versatile tractor Massey Ferguson Dynatrack 241.
The second season recorded over 16,000 contributions from the entire 26 countries and 5 trade unions. Experts searched the proposed ideas to prepare a narrower selection of 12 farmers, rural entrepreneurs, students and innovators. The highlight consisted of competitors from seven countries.
The jury included members of the sale and marketing, operation and management of products.
The finalists were evaluated on innovation, feasibility, scalability, potential of income generation and social impact.
The Jury’s Choice Award was awarded to Jayakumar Karuppusama, an IAS officer in Assam, who developed a multipurpose agricultural machine. He won a 50 gram silver coin.
In the institutional category, the team from the Agricultural Engineering and Research Institute Tamil Nadu received Agricultural University, Kumulur, the first prize for the idea of the transplanter mounted on the 8-line tractor.
The second price was awarded to the Bannari Amman, Erode, for the development of automated more vegetable transplanter, both using the MF tractor.
Students were offered opportunities for internships in TAFE.
