On Thursday (June 12, 2025), a meeting of the Coordination Committee of the India for the Coordination Committee for Bloc for the Bihar assembly elections took place. Mr. Yadav, who is the leader of the opposition in the Bihar Assembly, also leads the committee.
The highest leaders of the Alliance, including Bihar Congress, in charge of Krishn Alavar, the President of the Bihar Rajesh Kumar, Vikassheel Insaan party (VIP) and higher left side leaders, were present.
Various points on the meeting were discussed on the introduction of mutual cooperation and coordination between all components for the upcoming elections in the Bihar Assembly.
The leader who took part in the meeting, said to the Hindes: “Before the next meeting, the parties involved in the Indian bloc were asked to provide details of the seats they want to attack the assembly.”
Rajya Sabha member and leader RJD Manoj Jha said: “Five coordination committees have been created. These committees will deal with manifesto, media, social media and campaign strategies and questions related to electoral questions, including legal questions. He added: “It was also decided to launch a joint program against the state government led by Nitish Kumar at the level of block, district and Panchayat. Together we will reveal how the state government failed on each front.”
Asked about the seat sharing formula, Mr. Jha said: “Seat sharing has not discussed today and the only formula is to bring change in the state.”
The Indian Communist Party (Marxist) Mla Ajay Kumar first made a direct statement about the cm face of the Indian block as she asked.
“The chairman of the Indian block is Tejashwi Yadav. What are you looking for now? You also know,” Mr. Kumar said.
Even the VIP boss Mukesh Sahani said there was no confusion about his face and Tejashwi Yadav is accepted by all parties in the alliance.
Mr. Yadav leads the Coordination Committee, which has 21 members from six pages.
President Bihar Janata gave (United) Umesh Singh Kushwah a statement that the “so -called unity” of the Alliance is based on weak foundations of selfishness and opportunism. “There will be no concrete result from such meetings, because the public knows the reality of the opposition. It is not hidden from anyone that personal interest was the highest priority of Mahagathbandhan instead of public interest,” he said.
He added: “Congress and RJD were given the opportunity to hold power in Bihar for a long time, but irony is that both sides have always avoided discussion of any success during their tenure because they showed more interest in fulfilling their treasury instead of working for the public.”
He also claimed that the entire opposition policy was limited to promoting its family members. “The NDA Government under the leadership of Nitish Kumar has the results of a good administration of public and versatile development. This is why the state people still have a unwavering belief in our leader Nitish Kumar,” Kushwaha said.
