The BCCI has fined Rajasthan Royals team manager Romi Bhinder ₹1,000 for violating PMOA protocol in using his phone in an underground shelter, besides issuing a warning after failing to respond to the board’s notice, its secretary Devajit Saikia told PTI on Friday (17 Apr 2026).
The breach occurred during an IPL match between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Guwahati on April 10.
