
The Bangladeshi cricket council (BCB) remains undecided on the upcoming tour of Pakistan in Bangladesh, which is due to start in a little over two weeks. The tigers are scheduled to play five T20is from Sunday, May 25 to Tuesday, June 3, while the matches were planned at the IQBal stadium in Faisalabad and the Gaddafi stadium in Lahore.
However, the persistent cross -border voltage between India and Pakistan has aroused fears, and Bangladesh still evaluates whether to continue the tour.

“As part of its continuing commitment to international involvement and preparation, the Bangladeshi national team will be viewed by the United Arab Emirates (SAE) for two T20 international matches against the host nation as scheduled. The series will start next week,” BCB said in a statement.
“The Bangladeshy cricket council (BCB) is in an active and ongoing discussion with the Pakistani cricket council (PCB) about the upcoming tour of Pakistan in Bangladesh.
“BCB wants to repeat that the security and security of its players and support employees remains the highest priority of the board. All tour decisions will be made with careful consideration of the current situation in Pakistan, ensuring that they are in line with the best interests of the team and Bangladeshi cricket,” BCB added.
Before heading to Pakistan, Bangladesh is set up to face the United Arab Emirates (SAE) in two T20is 17 and 19. May 19 at the Sharjah cricket stadium.
