Chairman R. Krishnaiah and Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan Rao at BC Organizations Future Action Plan Conference in Hyderabad on Monday.
At the Future Action Plans Conference of BC Organizations, the 100 BC Association demanded the immediate withdrawal of GO Ms. No. 46 at tomorrow’s cabinet meeting.
The conference led by JAC Chairman R. Krishnaiah and Chairman Vakulabharanam Krishna Mohan Rao warned that conspiracies against BC rights would only lead to political downfall.
Speakers condemned the government’s attempts to rid BC, calling them “cruel and fraudulent”. They accused the government of deceiving the community for years and now using the courts to avoid implementing the 42% reservation.
Mr. Krishnaiah and Mr. Krishnamohan Rao warned that the BCs would launch nationwide flash protests and demanded that the government present strong legal arguments before the Supreme Court. Mr. Krishna Mohan Rao argued that the SEEEP caste survey, which was conducted by the Planning Department instead of an independent commission, was legally invalid.
At the same time, the Dedicated Commission’s reports on BC reservations are confidential, which is legally incorrect, and GO No. 9 and GO No. 46 are both fundamentally flawed. Other speakers argued that the government had repeatedly erred and misled the courts and lawmakers.
The meeting was attended by representatives of 100 BC organizations. It passed resolutions regarding unconditional withdrawal of GO Ms. No. 46, relay hunger strikes in every village from Wednesday (November 26), nationwide road blockades from November 29 and publication of Dedicated Commission and Justice Sudarshan Reddy Committee reports.
