The TELANGANY government should not be in a hurry to implement a total of 67% of the BCS, SC and Wed Reserve, which exceeded the limitation of the Supreme Court 50% and landed in courts facing constitutional challenges.
“The TELANGANY government has taken legitimate steps to achieve 67% of the reservation and the safest way is the trail of Tamil over the ninth of the plan protection,” said defending champion and predator Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) P. Wilson.
At the conference, which was organized at the Conference, “42% of BCS reservations in education, employment and local authorities: a plan for social justice”, Tamil Nadu quoted the experience of Social Justice.
“For legislation, such as reservation, the protection of the ninth schedule of the Indian Constitution is required. The Constitutional Court’s weapons would not be achieved, it cannot examine if they violate the basic structure. It is like a large compound wall,” he said.
Mr. Wilson praised the state government and all its political parties for being united for the passage of accounts.
In retirement of the V. Eswaraiah, also the former chairman of the National Back Class Commission, urged unity and warned the BC organizations not to drop prey for political tactics.
He stressed that mere government orders and resolutions are not sufficient, but only constitutional change will provide permanent protection of reservation policy.
The former general lawyer (telangana) justice BS Praad, while claiming that social justice was not a matter of charity, but a constitutional mandate, stressed that the real spirit of the Constitution lies in ensuring fair representation and the participation of historically disadvantaged communities.
He approved the demand for 42% of the BCS reservations and supported the inclusion of the reservation laws in the ninth schedule as a necessary step towards protection against court review.
The conference organized by the BC intellectual forum, the All India BC Federation, All India Civil Student Association and Telangana BC Lawyers Front, also recorded the participation of former bureaucrats, national and state leaders from various disciplines.
