G. Chinna Reddy, Vice -President of the State Council for Planning, wrote a letter to Chief Minister A. Revant Reddy, who urged the government to establish a corporation for recruiting outsourcing employees.
In his letter Mr. Reddy stressed the situation of thousands of outsourcing employees working in various government offices who are used by private agencies.

In addition, wage payout is often delayed. He pointed out that the Uttar Pradesh government recently decided to set up an outsourcing company of employees under the 2013 Act.
Mr. Reddy asked the main minister to consider the establishment of a similar corporation in Telangana to protect the rights and interests of outsourcing employees.
