Representative of the main Minister Malla Bhatti Vikramarka and the Minister of Transport Ponnam Prabhakar laid the foundation stone for the new Tellangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) in Madhira.
The bus station will be built at estimated CRORE 10 GBP costs. The new device extends on two acres and 24 guntas and has 10 platforms, passenger equipment, including waiting halls and toilets. There will be an effort to increase the multimodal connection to the bus station to be connected to the station.
Several new TGSRTC buses were marked from one. Both ministers briefly traveled in one of them. The existing station has been in operation for more than 35 years. This required an improved bus station.
On this occasion Mr. Prabhakar said that the government led by Congress was determined to strengthen public transport. He stressed that shortly after the acceptance of the office, the TELANGANY government launched a scheme of Mahalakshmi.
He chose holes in the attitude of the previous government to Tgsrtc and said they had not won new buses or recruiters more than 10 years. He also claimed that incorrect management of employee funds left the corporation financially unstable.
The Khammam district has seven TG SRTC songs. They are in Khammam, Madhira, Sathupalli, Bhadrachalam, Kothagud, Manugura and Yelland. It is a combined fleet of 548 buses a day, including Lahar, Rajadhani, Super Luxury, Deluxe, Mahalakshmi Express and Pallvelugu. In addition, there are some private buses. Together, these buses cover over 2,62 lakh kilometers every day and take around 2.1 passengers.
Madhira Depot was founded in 1987 and currently operates 70 buses with 218 employees. More than 20,000 passengers are covered daily from this warehouse with travel needs.
