Mr. Patil watched the life of Basavanna from birth in the Shaiva Brahmin family to be one of the hardest critics of Vedic philosophy.
He demanded the establishment of the University or Research Center Vachan in the new space of Anubhava Mantapa in Kudala Sangama.
